Their bodies would be on the line if Queen never paid back the debt or got the blackmail photos of the crew in his club deleted. Thanfully, the change of heart prevented that outcome from happening.

Finding out that he was indirectly or directly involved with every Palace that the crew did a job on, combined with the false charges, almost made her want to break the One Rule the Thieves had... Taking down the False Idol, Yaldabaoth proved to be their biggest challenge... And one that gave her a glimpse into an alternate version of reality, with a different Phantom Thief crew, but that's a tale for a different time.

After taking down Yaldabaoth, she had one final Palace to bring down... That of the one medical professional she trusted who had some how manipulated reality in a warped version of itself where every was at their happiest and wanted for nothing. She would have fell for its trappings, if not for Crow and Violet's help in fighting back and awakening the Phantom Thieves from their delusions... At the cost of waking up the next day in Juvie.
